Lynda Lee

Lynda was given our property with short notice to sell and have the property settled in a given time frame. The property was in Hamilton and I live in Auckland so it was important that we had someone take care off all aspects of the sale with little input from us. Lynda had all the marketing done with a quick turn around and had the property listed within a week. Lynda added little touch ups for the presentation of the property and then managed two lots of buyers through to the final sale of the property. She kept us up to date at all times with all the open homes and I always felt up to date with everything. After the property sold Lynda went above and beyond to get a new rental home for our tenants and managed to bring the settlement date forward by over a month. This was a massive victory and I am ever so grateful for Lynda's commitment and effort. Thank you Lynda for making this so easy for us. Much, much appreciated.
