Our experience selling 3 Carlton Avenue was above par. Communication from the agent was generally good, although we felt there could have been a little more proactivity and effort put into achieving the best possible result for the property Her assistant was excellent with communication and very responsive, although there were a few occasions where greater attention to detail would have been appreciated. The property was ultimately sold and we appreciate the work involved in getting it across the line.
