Our experience selling 3 Carlton Avenue was above par. Communication from the agent was generally good, although we felt there could have been a little more proactivity and effort put into achieving the best possible result for the property Her assistant was excellent with communication and very responsive, although there were a few occasions where greater attention to detail would have been appreciated. The property was ultimately sold and we appreciate the work involved in getting it across the line. Overall, a satisfactory experience with some room for improvement in proactivity and attention to detail.

Although Lyn was professional at all times, her manner was approachable and friendly, so putting me at my ease when making difficult decisions. I never felt unduly pressured during the negotiations and a very satisfactory outcome was reached. Thank you.
