Was advised by my younger brother to use Luke to sell my eldest brother’s house. After my first meeting with Luke I became confident that I had the right person for the job. Unfortunately we put the house on the market when there was a slight dip in the market in Rotorua but Luke kept on plugging away week after week keeping me informed all the way through passing back communication he had from open homes. We were in Spain when a reasonable offer came in and Luke adjusted his bedtime hours to accommodate time zones. He even offered to arrange a friend in Barcelona whom could come to us and scan and send back the signed sales agreement for me if I required. Unfortunately that sale fell through but Luke carried on working hard to get the deal back on the table and successfully sold a few weeks later never giving up and helping find solutions to problems that arose around a building permit that we required. In closing I would not hesitate to use Luke again, likeable, knowledgeable and enthusiastic is my three key words when looking back at Luke’s efforts in selling my brothers house. Job well done Luke
