Harcourts Rotorua managed our property for the 11 years our family trust owned it. The property was listed with Luke who provided in depth knowledge of the local market. The property was taken to auction after 2 weeks listing and sold under the hammer by an enthusiastic and experienced auctioneer.

We learned of Luke through a flyer he left in our mailbox. We took a chance and are glad we did as he was an excellent agent. We had to move overseas before our house sold so Luke was in charge of maintaining the home while we were gone. He did numerous open homes and private showings until the house sold with no complaints. We wanted to hold our price firm so wear willing to wait a while for the right buyer and we felt no pressure from him to sell faster. He also had contacts to help us maintain the yard while we were overseas. All in all be felt it was a great experience.

We’ve worked with a few agents however very few stand out as exceptional, Luke is definitely one of them. He’s always by his phone to answer queries and when a document was requested we would have it in minutes.

Luke was responsive, engaged and interested in making the sale possible. He was not pushy and listened to what I needed.
