Luke has been amazing throughout the purchase of my first home. He is extremely patient and attentive to detail. No question or issue was too much for him. What I thought was going to be one of the most stressful times was absolutely seamless thanks to Luke. While they say the agent works for the vendor, I never once felt that way with Luke. My experience as a buyer was fantastic and I would definitely use him as a seller in future.

I delt with Luke as a buyer and a seller. I thought he was a very good agent in both instances. As a buyer he was very aproachable. Easy honest and open to negotiate with. When he sold my property I thought he really excelled. He always stayed positive even though the market was horrible. No effort was ever too much for him. He tried very hard to get the best for me. He never tried to push the price down for a quick sale. (I feel that many agents do that). Like many sellers I do not like paying estate agent fees, and seldom do I think they deserve it. But I honestly felt that he deserved it.

Luke kept us in the loop all the way and we so very much appreciate his knowledge, professionalism and also his communication. He certainly is a peoples person, his personality shone through with all our dealings in purchasing a property and also the selling of this one.
