Normally I don't do reviews but I just have to sing Luke's praises. Even though we were on such a tight schedule Luke was calm, professional and friendly. Needless to say, we now have a sold home and are extremely happy! Throughout the entire process Luke used his initiative and communicated promptly and clearly with us - which was greatly appreciated. I delt with Luke as a buyer and a seller. I thought he was a very good agent in both instances. As a buyer he was very aproachable. Easy honest and open to negotiate with. When he sold my property I thought he really excelled. He always stayed positive even though the market was horrible. No effort was ever too much for him. He tried very hard to get the best for me. He never tried to push the price down for a quick sale. (I feel that many agents do that). Like many sellers I do not like paying estate agent fees, and seldom do I think they deserve it.
