As first-time sellers, we were initially clueless about the steps involved in selling a house. Lucinda did a great job educating us and went above and beyond with her services. We were well informed throughout the entire process, which made us feel at ease, especially since we don’t live in Christchurch! We wouldn’t hesitate to use Lucinda again, and I hope we can work with her in the future.
