Lucinda sold our 2 bedroom house in Wigram. During the process she maintained excellent communication and helped us through the process. She ended up getting 8 written offers in just ten days on the market. Our best offer came late in the piece, despite having a number of offers already on the table with the indication that more were coming, Lucinda worked hard to work with new potential buyers to view the house, and remove conditions on their offer (e.g. finance etc). This ended up being the offer we accepted. We would recommend Lucinda to anyone wanting to buy or sell in todays market.
