We enjoyed our interactions with Louise and Kelly. They are lovely positive people, who communicate clearly, are well organised and make everyone feel welcome. The only criticism in our buying experience is with regard to the need to feel out a Multi Offer Form "just in case", because there was another buyer who may have wanted to also make an offer. In the end they didn't, and this was clearly communicated to us, albeit in the very last minute before the deadline. I felt this was a bit of a messy way of dealing with the situation, but I am not sure if this relates to their internal multiple offer process, which is different from other agencies. To their defense, I do believe it was done in the spirit of transparancy. I would still have no hesitation to buy or sell with team Kelly and Louise, because they are just enjoyable, lovely people with good market knowledge and honest and professional attitude. They try to make a connection with everybody, and do their best to have a clear and transparent process.
