The is the second time Louise has sold property for us, and we couldnt recommend her high enough. She brings so much enthusiasm and expertise to the table, it's hard to imagine working with anyone else. She works very closely with potential buyers, going above and beyond when they require support. I was intending to relocate to Christchurch from Auckland after 4 months of frustrated seeking in Auckland. I bumped into Louise and Kelly at an open home they were selling and had a good chat about my situation. While that one didn't work out, later they offered their services as Buyer agents that could assist with property filtering instead of jumping on a plane every other weekend for "maybes". And no, I'm not a multi-millionaire. Read on. They gave me advice on processes from an inside perspective, rang selling agents to guage price, video walkthroughs, arranged *private* viewings, and most importantly; were up front if they thought something would go outside my budget and just be a sunk cost - of which they were correct every single time.
