Choosing an agent to sell our family home of 24 years was a big decision for us. We hadn’t met Lorraine before and from our first meeting we felt comfortable with Lorraine and we entrusted her with the marketing of our house. Lorraine ran a fantastic campaign. She took the time to truly understand our property and the campaign reflected the lovely and unique features of our home. Three days before the auction, we had a sudden family death to deal with. Recognising the situation, Lorraine took control and managed the house process whilst we focussed on more important matters. On the day of the auction we were blown away by the final sale price. This was bittersweet given what had transpired three days earlier but much of the credit must go to Lorraine. We hope the buyers are as happy as we have been in the property. We made a wonderful decision in choosing Lorraine and would highly recommend her.
