She was focussed on selling our house for the best price possible, she was realistic, always researched her advice and decisions. She was fantastic to help us prepare the house for sale, she knew every imaginable tradie we asked for, and had the prior relationships with them so that they actually turned up to do the work. When needed she was prepared to meet tradies at the house when we couldn't make it ourselves. I really loved how she was phenomenal with creating a wonderful narrative around our property, even when building inspections showed up some issues, she guided us to get the necessary work done, or suitable information to help the buyer. She is a wonderful genuine sales person, who takes her role seriously and ethically, showing your home to the right people, nurturing a sense of love of the property to the best buyers currently in the market. We sold at auction, a stressful event to say the least. The entire Bayleys team knew how to hold your hand through the process, especially on the day. Despite her need to focus on the buyers at the auction, she still made sure we felt comfortable, supported, and aware of where the process was at.

Choosing an agent to sell our family home of 24 years was a big decision for us. We hadn’t met Lorraine before and from our first meeting we felt comfortable with Lorraine and we entrusted her with the marketing of our house. Lorraine ran a fantastic campaign. She took the time to truly understand our property and the campaign reflected the lovely and unique features of our home. Lorraine’s attention to detail to the the photos, marketing material etc was exceptional. She went to the trouble of convincing the NZ Herald to run a feature article on our property Lorraine ran a three weekend open home campaign. We had huge numbers through (158 groups). Lorraine kept us fully up to date on developments and actively worked prospective buyers. She devoted a lot of time and energy into the campaign. Three days before the auction, we had a sudden family death to deal with. Recognising the situation, Lorraine took control and managed the house process whilst we focussed on more important matters. On the day of the auction we were blown away by the final sale price. This was bittersweet given what had transpired three days earlier but much of the credit must go to Lorraine. We hope the buyers are as happy as we have been in the property. We made a wonderful decision in choosing Lorraine and would highly recommend her.
