Lorna & Mark have to be the best real estate agents we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They helped us buy our dream home! Even though the area we were buying in was not Lorna or Marks typical area they work in, Lorna & Mark were constantly giving us advice and always going that extra mile by coming out to our area and taking us to several private open homes. I purchased 3 homes through Lorna and Mark over the past year. The first, was to relocate me from Beachlands, closer to my Grandkids. It was a lovely 5 year old, 2 storey home in Glen Innes. I did some minor improvements to it, made it my own and was able to walk around the corner to see the kids. Lorna always kept an eye out for me though, as she knew single storey would be better for me as I neared retirement. We just hadn't been able to find anything as there were very few listings around. About 6 months later, she found a property in Glendowie and Lorna, Mark and I took a look. This one was a project, needing work like replacing the single glazing, replacing the 30 year old kitchen and deck etc., Mark was a great help here with his background in the building industry. He provided me with some great ideas for the property. I decided to go for it and Lorna listed my Glen Innes home. It was sold within 5 days, well above my purchase price. I not only recovered the amount I had spent on improvements, I made enough to cover the project budget for the Glendowie property. Lorna and Mark accompanied me to the auction and we won! I'm living in a lovely home, across the road from a park for my dog and the kids are still just around the corner. Lastly, the whole family decided is was time to invest in a holiday home. I called Lorna and she found the perfect single level, maintenance free home in Mangawhai Heads. Lorna and Mark negotiated with the vendors on our behalf and another sold sign went up. I can't recommend using a buyers agent strongly enough, especially Lorna and Mark. They listen to what you really want and cut through all the Real Estate hype. I will never buy or sell again without their help. They just make it so easy and are an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Lorna and Mark are truly a brilliant team to deal with, They are in this industry for the right reasons ,and i feel its their joy in making people happy. They go out of their way to help ,Lorna is a caring outstanding lady, and Mark is always on hand with his experience from the building industry, Lorna turned up with boxes to help me move and Mark even drove my truck, on moving day, I have no hesitation in recommending Team Muller , They care for people, you feel it, and thats a gift.

Lorna and Mark are the best. Transparent, honest, effective communicators plus all the other skills needed to be great real estate agents. Their special and unique edge though is their determination to assist in every way possible to assist vendors in selling and buying properties. I was a week out from settlement date on the house they sold for me. The market is tough and we had missed out on a coupe of houses at auction. I was reluctantly looking at rentals as time was a ticking. BUT the house I am now in and love came up for sale just in the nick of time. We did a pre auction offer and now here I am.
