We found the property by driving around and called Liz and she set up a viewing. We loved the property and started the negotiation process and then purchased after she communicated several times with the vendor.

Liz is nothing short of amazing. She really listened to what we wanted and was totally upfront and honest about the properties we viewed and highlighted what would and would not be ideal for us and our specific circumstances. She stayed on top of every part of the process including making sure all the right things happened after the contract was signed. Liz was patient, proactive, friendly, and went well out of her way to help us. I can’t recommend Liz highly enough.

It really has nothing to do with me as Liz was working for the seller not me as the buyer but saying that we found her to be very good and knowledgeable at what she was doing I would certainly recommend her to anyone who wants to sell their property.
