Liz stepped forward when I asked if I could see a real estate agent at Harcourts Kaiapoi,with eventually putting my dearest friend Halina Jurkenas property at 13 Davie Street on the market . I Rayleen Patricia Turner and her son Victor Stanley Jurkenas have Power of Attorney on her Property.Liz was outstanding,keeping us up to date,with open homes attendance, and interest shown. Nothing was a bother to Liz. Auction day, she took us to Russley Golf Course. There we meet Mark ,auctioneer who did a superb job to get us a great price. Liz got the best buyers ,a lovely couple who love vintage homes, outside painted once in 35years,otherwise nothing done to inside.They loved the vintage furniture, and brought all of it. We found the property by driving around and called Liz and she set up a viewing. We loved the property and started the negotiation process and then purchased after she communicated several times with the vendor.
Liz is nothing short of amazing. She really listened to what we wanted and was totally upfront and honest about the properties we viewed and highlighted what would and would not be ideal for us and our specific circumstances. She stayed on top of every part of the process including making sure all the right things happened after the contract was signed. Liz was patient, proactive, friendly, and went well out of her way to help us. I can’t recommend Liz highly enough.
It really has nothing to do with me as Liz was working for the seller not me as the buyer but saying that we found her to be very good and knowledgeable at what she was doing I would certainly recommend her to anyone who wants to sell their property.
