Lisa was an excellent agent and we would definitely work with her again. From the first meeting she made us feel comfortable with her knowledge of the market, warm personality and can -do attitude. She lead us through an excellent campaign and we sold in three weeks at an amazing price. It was our first time selling a home and we felt lucky to have Lisa guide us through a tricky time in the property market.
Lisa and Aaron the auctioneer really stoked the fire when the final bid wasnt even close to the reserve price. Their superb negotiation skills resulted in an amazing KAMAKAZI bid by the lucky purchaser who now owns our lovely home. Always a great result when both the purchaser and vendor are equally happy!
Lisa was very knowledgeable about the property. She was able to arrange a secondary viewing upon our very last minute request and supported us through our first auction very calmly. We really appreciate all her help!
It was a pleasure working with Lisa. She was always friendly and accommodating. Communicated well with us throughout the process and didn't come across as pushy. One of the better agents we've had to deal with. Thank you Lisa!
Lisa was recommended to us from another agent outside of Auckland as someone who was very professional and determined. We were certainly not disappointed. From the start Lisa was flexible to our needs and timeframe and she locked in a great plan. Being an apartment in the current market environment this was not an easy sale, Lisa guided us through, pivoted and adjusted where she thought we would get the best results and ultimately landed a deal. Highly recommended.
Lisa's advice about presenting our home was spot-on. It looked amazing, and all of the professionals that she recommended did a great job at a very reasonable price. The photos and description on the website and board were fantastic. We couldn't have asked for better. Lisa kept in close communication all through our campaign. She would let us know the details of every open home, weekly stats, and kept us updated on her efforts to connect with interested buyers. We ended up overseas on the first week of our campaign but felt safe knowing that Lisa was managing it all. Lisa was always professional and friendly. We felt that she was really working for us to get the result that we wanted. We'd highly recommend her to anyone wishing to sell their home.
We met Lisa at an open home recently for a home we ended up purchasing! She was friendly throughout both of our vists. All questions were answered openly and honestly. We had the pleasure of working with her at the Auction also, her motives were obviously to sell, but we didn't feel pressured at any stage other than friendly prompts and advice. Would be more than happy if she was the next representative we ended up working with.
We found Lisa to be very knowledgeable about every aspect of the apartment itself and of the sale process itself. She was prompt in getting information to us and professional in maintaining boundaries about information in a situation where there were multiple offers for the property. Lisa was also prompt and diligent in caring about our concerns right up to the completion of the purchase process. Thank you for your work on our behalf Lisa. Gavriel Philip and Susana Harding
Lisa was incredibly supportive from start to finish. After helping us to secure our new property, we worked with Lisa to sell our current home. During a tricky time in the market Lisa worked hard for us and brought us multiple offers - leading to a great result. We loved her positivity and personable demeanor, and would definitely work with Lisa again.
Lisa was lovely to work with, would always respond to contact and highly professional at all times. She went out of her way to help prepare our house for sale. We really appreciated being kept in the loop on decisions and for always listening to our requests. Nothing was too much for Lisa and she was always enthusiastic and friendly. She even managed to get 7 registered bidders out our auction which was incredible! We would also like to extend a massive thank you to Lisa for everything she did in the background we didn’t get to see and those thankless tasks that often go unnoticed 😊
Our first contact with Lisa Westerby was when we contacted her for an appraisal of our property. The appraisal arrived in no time and it was thorough, well researched and accurate, At short notice we then arranged a face to face meeting with Lisa in which we found her to be enthusiastic, honest and open to us. As a result of her appraisal and our meeting with her, we decided to list our property with her. We have no regrets, Lisa arranged a great marketing campaign for our property over just 3 weeks. She kept in constant contact with us and emailed us after each open home to tell us how it had gone and she provided us with comprehensive and thorough weekly written reports. She got us the result we wanted at Auction and we can't thank her enough. Thank you Lisa you are amazing young woman.
Lisa was fantastic to work with, able to make a viewing of a property at short notice, not just once, but twice. Bubbly, energetic person to meet at the front door. Prompt email communication made the process of getting set up to bid on property easy. All the best Lisa
