The way that Lisa handled the settlement process, has definitely given me a very bad experience. Basic requirements of the pre-settlement inspection were blatantly ignored and brushed off. She was fully aware of the stressful situation and time constraint that I was under. However, she didn't provide any workable resolution pathway. I appreciate the fact that she's only protecting the vendor's interest. Nevertheless, in a buyer's point of view, I had been treated with utter contempt. I will definitely be avoiding Harcourts Epsom at all costs.
