Genuine and trustworthy

We had been looking at open homes for 8 months, from Hillcrest to Hillpark, from west to east. We chatted with more than 100 agents, from all of the brands, and team Lisa and Wayne were the best. At the open home, they were welcoming and interested without being pushy. I felt engaged. They followed up and provided explanations, made sure that I had the information I needed to be a serious contender. I admired their clear ethics in providing me explanations while respecting the vendors. They made sure before I attended the auction I had crossed my T’s. And then at the auction, were very helpful with how I should go about being the final bidder. I was very nervous. Post auction, they have been very helpful with communication with the vendors, making the whole experience easy. I highly recommend them.
