She kept me informed throughout the selling process, from the open homes, the physical auction to the listed price. I always felt that Lisa was on 'our side', and understood how this house was more than just bricks and mortar to my family. The presentation of printed material was always very professional. I thought she made a great little video for our very average little house to present it, at its best. I never doubted that she would sell our house, even in this dire market!
