Linda is a competent, diligent and passionate agent. She always does her utmost to help and is greatly knowledgeable in how to achieve a successful outcome for both buyers and vendors. Through her understanding of her clients and genuine communication, she is able to assist both sides with their interest at heart. This is evident in our recent purchase and now, while we are selling. During our purchase, Linda worked very hard to bridge both sides, finding the necessary solutions and was always available to answer our many questions, resulting in a successful outcome in a competitive multiple-off situation. She guided us step by step to meet the conditions of our conditional offer within a very tight deadline and encouraged us when we were unsure what to do.
