Good at closing the deal in a tough market environment. When the market goes down the drain in New Zealand and the whole country’s in recession he’s the man you need. The only true criteria for a good agent is whether or not they can sell in a bad market not just a good one where even pigs can fly.

Lin was able to undertake a preliminary review of the property documents and was able to weed out properties that could have future resale issues. When it came to the auction Lin was able to suggest effective strategies and undertake the bidding on my behalf when I didn't have the experience.
