We have selected Lin Ma as an estate agent to sell our home because we did notice her superior performance in sales which often were completed at rather high prices. We met with her and her team member, Jane Fennell, to discuss sales strategy and what needs to be done to the property to bring it to the market, timing and specifics of the whole process etc. We noticed professional, yet down to earth and practical approach, prompt and clear communication, flexibility with specific conditions of the process. Jane was running daily sales process (lots of open homes and numerous extra visits) liasing with us as needed (importantly, Jane knew this very neightbourhood very well via personal connection from the past). Lin Ma was brining clients via wider team/network. We almost closed the deal off market, yet we are very glad that eventually our property went for sale at the auction as was strongly recommended by Lin Ma and Jane. Both agents worked extra hard to bring numerous potential buyers to the auction. Plus, Harcourts auctioneer was very professional too - the final price was absolutely amazing.
