Responsive communicator

Lily has been responsive in her communication with us during the process of purchasing the property. There was a lot of back and forth with the vendor during the conditional and unconditional phases, in which Lily was copied in the email correspondence throughout. It appears she may have missed reading some of these communications, but can be understandable if she’s juggling multiple property deals at once. Nonetheless, Lily has helped us to close and negotiate a deal with the vendor at a reasonable price and has been proactive in her communication. Thanks Lily :)
