Professional, responsive and great to deal with

We had a great experience purchasing our home with Lily. She was very responsive, easy to deal with and always quick to answer our questions. She was also flexible when we needed to organise a building report within a tight timeframe, which made the process much less stressful. At auction she demonstrated strong negotiation skills and helped bring the vendor down to a fair market price, which we obviously really appreciated. Her bilingual communication skills were also a real strength and helped ensure smooth communication with the vendor. Overall she was professional, balanced and supportive throughout the process, and we would happily recommend her.
