Lily was great and prompt and efficient communication. She was professional and able to work well in a tough market. We were slightly disappointed to not achieve what we were initially appraised due to factors outside of control and a challenging market which was difficult to judge going in. Despite this she was able to work with these tough conditions and achieve a reasonable enough sale.
