Success in a difficult market

What impressed us about Lily was that she was very professional in her dealings with us. She embraced what we had, didn't make any suggestions about spending more money, and continued to fully market the property even after we received an acceptable pre auction bid as she attempted to better the deal presented. As we said totally professional. We would recommend Lily to get offers on the table in a difficult market. If it was easy, every one would be doing it, and her record speaks for itself.
