We found Liam a pleasure to work with. He listened carefully to the requirements we had requested in a new home. Always ready to find new properties and/or follow up on our requests for information or direction. Very reliable in responding to any queries we had, no matter how minor they may have seemed to us. His preparation for us to view homes was exceptional, whether his own listing or that of other agents. We are grateful for the original chance meeting that we had with Liam and the opportunity to then have him as our agent in the Waikato as we looked for a new home and we would recommend him to anyone who is doing the same.
