The responsiveness, the knowledge, the speed with which Leonie communicated and acted was just fantastic. You won't get better. We had a VERY tricky sale with all sorts of complications and Leonie navigated that with us and the vendors to ensure a fantastic outcome. We did have another agent who got us a sale that didn't go through, Leonie achieved a price 160K higher than the price the previous agent got and 250K higher than the price quoted by other agents to sell the property. It was sold in six weeks which is phenomenal given some of the challenges.
