We had a very pleasant experience working with Leo for our 4th property. This one is meaningful to us because we intend to live in this property after a year or 2 for our daughter's future schooling. Leo was very knowledgeable allowing us to make informed decision that lead us to securing a property in a sought after location...
A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Leo Chen for his outstanding handling of the sale! Throughout the process, I deeply appreciated your expert insights into the New Zealand property market, your comprehensive marketing strategies for my property, and your unwavering determination with every potential buyer. You patiently negotiated back and forth between me and the buyers, finding the perfect middle ground. It was especially challenging given that I live in the UK, and every conversation happened in the middle of the night in New Zealand, lasting for hours at times. Truly, your hard work was beyond commendable. Mr. Chen's dedication has earned my utmost respect, and his professional expertise has gained my complete trust! Once again, thank you for your exceptional work. Despite the global economic downturn and New Zealand’s challenging property market, you successfully sold my property at a suitable price! Wishing you continued success and booming sales, Mr. Chen!

Being overseas, I was unable to manage the sale of my property personally. However, Leo was incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of the home-selling process. From preparing and staging the house before listing to handling the garden and disposing of items after the sale, he meticulously arranged and managed everything. His strong sense of responsibility ensured that no detail was overlooked, making the entire process—from listing to auction to settlement—smooth and successful. I am truly impressed by his professionalism! His expertise and patience were evident throughout the entire process, making him an outstanding and flawless real estate agent!
This is my first time buying a house and therefore I had very limited knowledge about real estate, open homes, the purchase process etc. Leo has been amazing with his communication, was very knowledgable about the market, the expectations of sellers and buyers and was always willing to answer my hundreds of questions. We felt that he went above and beyond from what he had to do. If I had to sell or buy another home, I would definitely contact Leo again!
Leo was a fantastic agent who was always willing to help and quick to resolve any issues that came up throughout the process. I really appreciated his helpful attitude, responsiveness and commitment to getting things sorted. I hope he continues to build on his success, achieve even greater results and earn recognition from even more clients. I’m sure he will continue to grow into an even better real estate professional. 希望他再接再厉争取更好的成绩,得到更多人的认可,成为一个更好的经纪
