Professional manner. Good market knowledge. From the onset, after the first viewing of the property, I received a friendly call from Leo checking in, and again after my second viewing a longer call - clearly he was taking the time to offer as much info and insight, inviting me to ask questions on the property. A robust discussion. Not pushy during the auction, allowing me to continue with my own strategy. He followed up the sale with a warm chat and a smooth easy transaction process. Good communication planning for pre purchase inspection too. Punctual. I also appreciated he took an active role in assisting with the house checks at the time, and made some effort to complete many of the finalisation property requests suitably. He made true on my preference for settlement in the morning too. (I only wish the cleaners could have been allowed access earlier prior to moving in.) However, a positive experience, and a nice sentiment received as a house warming gift of wines and a cast iron skillet set. Thank you.
