When the lead up to the listing online started, I listened to her advice, and was able to make decisions based on this and she explained everything clearly and concisely. She helped with everything from quotes in the lead up to listing, and letting service contractors in. And once it was listed, we met regularly, and she updated me as the campaign progressed. The listing is f the property was well worded and she made the campaign stand out from the rest, which really showed compared to the other properties for sale at the time. During negotiations, Leanne’s communication was excellent, and she even pulled a couple of late nights during negotiations. Talk about dedicated!
