When the lead up to the listing online started, I listened to her advice, and was able to make decisions based on this and she explained everything clearly and concisely. She helped with everything from quotes in the lead up to listing, and letting service contractors in. And once it was listed, we met regularly, and she updated me as the campaign progressed. The listing is f the property was well worded and she made the campaign stand out from the rest, which really showed compared to the other properties for sale at the time. During negotiations, Leanne’s communication was excellent, and she even pulled a couple of late nights during negotiations. Talk about dedicated! This is the second time in 5 years we have worked with Leanne. The first time in 2019 when we brought our house and now in 2024 selling my whanau home of 26 years. The choice was easy to use Leanne again, she is very professional, easy to work with, good communicator and great at her job. The marketing plan she came up with for us worked very well in today's climate, lots of homes on the market but her and her team worked hard and got enough interest to host an auction.
