Lawrence and Aakash were fantastic to deal with. Very professional and knowledgeable. Very honest and realistic with what we were likely to receive. Answered all our questions and concerns promptly. Selling was due to difficult and emotional reasons and they made the whole process much easier.
Experience was great, extremely helpful and always had communication which is the key to a successful sale of our house. Lawrence and Akash are great when explaining terms and different variations.
Quick communication. Polite. Clear explanation. Honesty. Hardwork. You get what you pay for.
First rate. Excellent responses to queries. Excellent knowledge of local market and allaspects of marketing the property. Akash in particular was immediately responsive to all our comminications. They did extremely well in a difficult market.
Lawrence and his team were always on top of communication with us and made sure we were in the look with everything that went on. Appreciated their efforts
Communication and professionalism second to none, they not only did what they said they would do, but did way more, this team works like a well oiled machine. Both vendor and purchaser are very happy with our outcome.
I engaged Akash and by the next week the property was staged and on the market. Three weeks later the team were able to secure a successful sale. Constant communication throughout detailing how the marketing campaign was going and he next steps. An absolute breeze, highly recommend and would definitely engage this team when selling in the future!
Lawrence and Akash were an incredible team! They were both professional, responsive, and truly cared about achieving our desired outcome. The selling journey is very stressful but they helped a lot to make our process less stressful. :-)
Really happy with the result and how relentless Aiden and Lawrence were in getting the best price for our home. We were looked after very well throughout the campaign + communication throughout the was exceptional. Thank you to you both!
High energy, motivated, full of professional knowledge, good organized, good marketing planning to achieve the sale successfully.
I was sceptical initially but Lawrence and his team made the process seamless explained every step and allowed us to change our minds and slow it down for us and everything just seem to fall into place - thank you so much to your team for your patience and understanding and never giving up on us. We have lived here for 18 years so this has come at a good time for us whatever lies ahead we know that we made the right decision to sell and Lawrence and his team made it easy for us.
