Thank you Lawrence and Aidan for making the process of selling the house as seamless as possible! I particularly appreciated being kept up-to-date with the sales process and how the local market was performing. Excellent communication and professionalism.

We are first time sellers and have limited knowledge of real estate. Lawrence and his team were extremely helpful in what can be a very worrying and stressful time. He is very thorough and was always available to answer questions and give advice about lawyers, promoting our property, the open homes and the auction. We had regular meetings about the open homes, and feedback from potential buyers was passed on and also what was happening on the housing market. Lawrence explained everything as we went through the process and always made sure that we were on the same page. We always felt like he was working for us and looking after our best interests. We are so grateful to Lawrence and his fantastic team and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

From beginning to end Lawrence and hid team have kept us informed and done there best to assure us if where market was going and helped us understand as first time sellers what we needed to do to make sale successful.

The team was so professional and pleasant to deal with. My property was not on the market for long and I was very happy with the price I received at Auction. Aeshan and Lawrence were helpful at all times. Would definitely recommend their services. Thanks for getting me through. Also it was great to receive the discount on their fees for being a Gold Card holder.

I must say, Lawrence and the team has just done a fantastic work in selling my property so professionally and promptly. I gave them listing and they put the property under contract on the very first week that had gone unconditional. Plus selling the property above my expectations. Winning Team you guys are . Gob bless you guys :-)

"Lawrence and his team possess unparalleled industry knowledge. Their excellent communication throughout the process led to a successful sale, even in challenging market conditions, all while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. Thank you!"

Lawrence and his team were hands-on from the day we engaged with them. We sold in East Auckland and could have gone with a local agent, but this team had great reviews and we felt really comfortable with them straight away. They were honest, and we knew we wouldn't get taken for a ride. They got everything done that we needed by selling 2 homes at the same time, communication was every day, updates etc. Would totally recommend anybody to use these guys. Special mention to Aidan Fraei - this man is amazing - he works so hard, keeps you in the loop every day and will miss all of our daily messages. Hopefully we will all keep in touch.

Lawrence and his team made the selling process a breeze. Professional, answered questions and listened to any concerns or ideas I had. The outcome was better than I hoped for and quicker than expected.

Great team, very helpful and excellent problem solvers. Highly recommended and special thanks to Aeshan Perera.

From our first meeting until the sale date, the Communication was faultless and regular - we always knew what was happening and who was showing interest. I would not hesitate to work with this team in future or recommend them as a hard / smart working option. Never any unnecessary pressure and always good discussion, opinion and feedback.

Lawrence and Aeshan were very helpful and always answered any questions we had. Aeshan ran the open homes really well and helped out with making sure the house looked it's best. We did go into the process with possibly unrealistic expectations on how much we would get for our property based on the initial evaluation done by Lawrence but they made the process simple.

Lawrence and team are great communicators and explained each step of the sales process to me. They know the market well and put in a lot of work prior to my property being advertised to generate a huge amount of interest early in the campaign. Subsequently I had a signed contract in place in a very short space of time and at a price I was more than happy with.
