We met Lauren when we bought this home in 2014. When it came time to sell, we called her again. She was prompt in her responses and thorough in her approach. We kicked ideas around and Lauren never seen judgmental if we wanted to try an approach different than the one she recommended. She brought us a buyer who offered what Lauren and other agents from her office said was toward the top of an expected offer. We might have gotten more had we gone to auction, but we were quite happy with having the matter concluded in less than a month.

Lauren was very professional and her job. Very helpful with information especially when we asked for it. Nothing seemed too much trouble for going out her way. No pressure or phone calls every 5 minutes like some agents like to do, just updates when needed. It was a pleasure and stress free with Lauren.

Lauren was referred to me from the Papanui side of the city. She maintained the "open home " system until she aquired a possible and probable group and then halved the time frame on open days which was helpful. Certainty of a buyer allowed me to concentrate on my own purchase and clear items ready for a downsize. Once Lisa and Toby move in they will no doubt realise they have purchased an unassuming gem.

I had been looking for my first home for quite a few months before meeting Lauren. Lauren was amazing at understanding exactly what I wanted and really listened when I pointed out properties I did not like. She had my best interests in mind at all times. She was fantastic at getting me through homes quickly, working around my schedule. Prior to the auction, she was brilliant at making sure I knew what the process would look like and was a pivotal part of the negotiations. I cannot recommend Lauren enough! Thank you, Lauren!
