Property has always fascinated Laura so after clocking up eight years in the administration side of real estate, it was a natural progression for Laura to move into the role of sales associate Brandon McCorkindale. For clients it means Laura understands both the front and back end of a real estate transaction. It’s unique knowledge that many agents do not possess first hand and means she is better equipped than most to advise clients and ensure their transactions go smoothly.
With a background in hospitality and childcare, helping others has always been a passion for Laura, which is a skill that translates incredibly well to real estate. In hospitality she worked in all departments from hotel reception to waitressing and conference management giving her incredible organisational skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
Being through the ups and downs of buying and selling in the Auckland market and now renovating her next home, has taught Laura how important it is to be resilient, understanding, patient, organised and, most of all, to never give up. It is these qualities and this understanding she brings to her clients as they go through similar journeys. Her aim is to make the process as easy as possible and help them to achieve their dreams along the way.
Born and raised in Howick, with her family running businesses in the local village for over 50 years, Laura knows the area well. Now raising her own family in Howick, Laura can assist in helping clients understand the ins and outs of living and buying including knowledge of the local schools, restaurants, playgrounds and local groups for parents and families.
