Often people will emphasis how the real estate agent works for the vendor, not the purchaser. And while that is certainly true, the purchasing experience with Lara was as good as with a real estate agent when i was the vendor. There was no bravado, exaggeration of the vendor's status, or the market, just no games, in the way i have experienced with other real estate agents in the Ruapehu district. This was so refreshing that it really helped my wife and I commit further to the process. Lara also helped enormously in trying to facilitate conversations with people who may help me make an informed decision, or give advice on who to contact if not able to link me up directly. Really great experience overall and hold her in her high regard.
