Lara has the required market knowledge and was able to answer all our questions. She was always communicating via a vendor report, or as required by phone or in person. She applied the right amount of pressure so that open homes and viewings of our property, was not a chore or intrusive.
Amazing communication. Explains the procedure very well. I was kept up to date all the way. Lara always there when I need her, she even available as late as 9pm and as early as 7:15am! This was very helpful when having a busy schedule during the day.
