We had the privilege of working with Lani and I would use her 100% next time I was going to sell a property. In this case we were the buyers, but having seen most of the other agents specialising in our area, Lani would be the most professional, most knowledgeable and overall the nicest too deal with. A nice direct communication style balanced with friendliness. As a buyer, she will give you the confidence through openly sharing her views. Easy to build trust with. As a seller/vendor it is clear that she always keeps your interests up front and first and foremost acts on your behalf. Not always the case with the rest of the industry. These two thing can be hard to balance professionally. Lani does both very well. Next time we go to sell (or buy) she would be by pick with no hesitation.
