Few years ago as first home buyers my wife and I purchased lot number 21 empty section of penelope place through Lance . My wife and I designed a house plan on a piece of paper which was later drawn by architect. Built by ZB homes, upon completion my father and I did all the land scaping work we transformed our dream to reality. We called it our home for 7 years had an amazing time and had to make a hard decision to sell our much loved home due to chance in circumstances. Only one person came to my mind which is Lance that can find the right buyer to appreciate our home. Lance made the whole process seamlessly, and no doubt I will catchup with him when I'm back in NZ and if I ever move back home he will be the person I will be contacting re buying another property.
