Understanding, good communication and friendly nature

It was nice to have a REA that was super understanding of our situation and sharing their excitement for us as well as looking after their client. We didn’t feel pressure or stress from Lana and there was always good communication and the willingness to help us with anything we may have needed. We wouldn’t be in the position we are in now if Lana didn’t recommend this property to us. We are super grateful and excited for our next chapter and we can’t thank Lana enough. It has been a smooth process from the start and I couldn’t have asked for a better first home buying experience.
