The show house was always in mint condition when we arrived! Kylie was always available, after hours and over weekends, willing to answer questions, show us the house for the third & forth time, being available when third parties need to visit the property, keeping us calm when we were uncertain about things, and as mentioned, if she could not answer our questions, she knew who would be able to.
