We are first time home buyers, Kylie did not have to, but she made the process a whole lot easier with her positive and always friendly approach. She made us feel at ease with this big step in our journey and always had an answer or were able to direct us to the correct person(s). Kylie thinks of everything! She knows what a buyer needs to look for and she have a very honest approach. We were very comfortable with the information she shared and the way in which she shared it. The show house was always in mint condition when we arrived! Kylie was always available, after hours and over weekends, willing to answer questions, show us the house for the third & forth time, being available when third parties need to visit the property, keeping us calm when we were uncertain about things, and as mentioned, if she could not answer our questions, she knew who would be able to. Kylie is an awesome agent to work with, made the whole process easy and stressfree. Also given the tough market, she still pulled through for us working like a boss in the background.
