Minimal service, felt that the Bayleys brand was no different to any other local brand. Little connection between buyer, seller and agent. Felt like the agent was going through the motions as the beachside property “will sell to somebody”.

From start to finish, Kylie and Belinda were professional, approachable and kept us well informed throughout the process. Even though it was a smaller property, we always felt that it received the same level of care and attention as a larger sale. Their communication was excellent and they worked hard to achieve a good result.
