As of today the home we built for our family 8 years ago has new owners and its all thanks to the amazing work from Kylee Hanson at Harcourts. We decided to go with an auction for the sale of our home which was quite nerve-wracking at times as we had never gone down that path before but Kylee was very patient with us and reassured us many times over the 3 weeks it was on the market that we would be ok. We got regular vendor reports which were incredibly detailed so we never felt like we were out of the loop with what was happening. (Have never experienced this before as previous house sales we never got any feedback) Nothing ever seemed like it was an issue with Kylee, she was always smiling, even when out putting signs in the ground it the pouring rain. Back in mid-February we started looking at rural properties that had space and also a second dwelling for extended family to live in.
