As of today the home we built for our family 8 years ago has new owners and its all thanks to the amazing work from Kylee Hanson at Harcourts. We decided to go with an auction for the sale of our home which was quite nerve-wracking at times as we had never gone down that path before but Kylee was very patient with us and reassured us many times over the 3 weeks it was on the market that we would be ok. We got regular vendor reports which were incredibly detailed so we never felt like we were out of the loop with what was happening. (Have never experienced this before as previous house sales we never got any feedback) Nothing ever seemed like it was an issue with Kylee, she was always smiling, even when out putting signs in the ground it the pouring rain. Our family has formed a great friendship with Kylee and although our house settles today I know it won’t be the last time we all catch up.

Back in mid-February we started looking at rural properties that had space and also a second dwelling for extended family to live in. We looked online and sent a few enquiries to a number of different agents asking about houses and pricing. Out of seven enquiries, Kylee Hanson was the only agent to personally follow up with us by phoning and also emailing us. She listened to what we were looking for in our next home and where we needed to be for school zoning for our children. Not only did we need to buy a house, but we also needed to sell our own home. We were on a very tight schedule as the property we wanted to buy was accepting offers the same week as we were selling ours. Kylee was able to co-ordinate both the selling of our own home in a very timely manner with a great outcome. Kylee kept us informed at every step and was always available by phone or messaging and we never felt like we weren’t in control. Kylee attended the open home with us on the property we were interested in. She was able to offer us good advice and work with us on our budget and what we needed to think about before purchasing that home. On March 2nd, in the space of four hours, Kylee successfully guided us through selling our own home and helping us secure the property we so very wanted. It was a very stressful time for us with selling AND buying on the same day. Kylee instilled confidence in our decisions that we were making and without her level-headedness we are sure we wouldn’t have achieved such a successful outcome. We highly recommend Kylee
