Ksenia was knowledgeable and had amazing communication with us, the buyers and our tenants. She had clear communication of the process so we knew what was happening. She was kind and thoughtful and delivered a wonderful service. Happily use her assistance again.
Ksenia has been great, nothing has been too much trouble and she always went over and above to help us with our sale and find all the answers to our queries, couldn't recommend highly enough :)
Ksenia was training under Fran Scott when I met her, as she had moved to Featherston with her family in 2020 I liked how Ksenia listened to our needs, gave advice about little touch's we could do to help sell our home inside and out.. And yes it took under a full week and our house was sold so even as a trainee it was still a sale for Ksenia also.
