Kristian spent nearly three years on the sale of our parents estate (Deceased Estate), this was because of earthquake damage and a need to get assessments done and deal with the insurance company before going to market, all things that were out of Kristian’s control. When the house was put on the market Kristian demonstrated strong knowledge of the current market and explained the best way forward to sell the property, giving us several options.
