Where do I even begin! As a first-home buyer, this whole journey has been exciting, stressful and emotional all at the same time, but Konnie has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, she was supportive, patient and always kept me informed. There were so many things I didn’t understand about buying my first home, and I had plenty of questions along the way, but she always made me feel comfortable asking and never made anything feel like too much trouble. There were definitely some stressful moments while waiting on finance, the valuation and everything else to fall into place, but Konnie was always there checking in and helping me through it. Buying this house means so much more to me than simply owning a property. It’s a huge achievement and the beginning of a new chapter for me and my family, and I’m so grateful that Konnie was part of that journey.
